The jury is still out regarding my experience with this business. First of all, the team is generally outstanding. Extremely professional and pleasant, and for the most part did a fantastic job of communicating with me. Really appreciated that they provided photos and videos of the problem areas. That said, there were a couple things that bugged me. The tire pressure warning light was one of the things I brought it in for. In the end, the system is working but the light remains on, which means I’ll constantly have to check the tire pressure. I wasn’t told that they couldn’t figure that problem out until I circled back in after picking up the car. The airbag warning light is also on, and I was told it was a manufacturer recall. After checking with Audi, no such recall exists. Also, less than one week after I paid quite a bit of money for extensive repairs to the vehicle, it died on me in a parking lot. You can only imagine my frustration at that point! In the end they were able to figure out that it was a broken dipstick causing a vacuum leak. Since that time, the car has been running very well. In the end, I trust this group and recommend them. It’s just that I spent quite a bit of money with them and want to give it some time before I upgrade the review to a 5.
