It is just always a pleasant experience getting auto repair done at this location. The office staff are friendly, helpful, considerate and efficient. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable. I felt very welcomed.

First time here. Very professional and thorough. Great email report on the car’s condition. Clean waiting room with free coffee and soda. Work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

We brought our vehicle in with multiple system warning lights flashing. After a code readout, it was traced to a transmission issue. Jeff diagnosed the transmission and determined it was an expensive part that failed on the transmission. When presented with a repair estimate of over $1860, we were shocked. He offered to call the Subaru service center and found out that the repair was covered by warranty extension. We took it to Subaru and it was fixed for free. Jeff and the American Import Auto crew displayed great integrity in helping us even if it meant losing the repair.

Tried to charge me more than the dealer for a brake job, using aftermarket parts. I have an entire career in fixed ops. I'm not a baby seal to club over the head. I got the work done elsewhere for about 65% the cost quoted. Sorry guys, tried the tricks on the wrong guy
