I have a 1990 motorhome it is my pride and joy they took such good care of it they looked at all the issues I thought I was having and here it wasn’t very much they fixed everything that needed to be fixed and now it’s back home with me if you ever need work done to your car van truck go see American import auto they are the greatest thanks guys

The company is excellent in every way. Great customer service with truly caring owners and workers. I have been taking my vehicles to them for years.

My 2008 Lincoln had water pooled in the rear behind the passenger side. Two garages had no idea what happened. I took it to American Import Auto and they were able to determine that a gasket engine was allowing rain water to cause this unique damage. They were great.

After getting a couple misdiagnoses from a local dealer,,,,via Steve ,Jeff*s childhood friend we ended up at American Import. So glad we did...as when we pulled up we noticed everyone was busy doing their job, very friendly and professional. We trust them to do our repairs and servicing correctly. What a nice change !!! The waiting area is so comfortable and it is obvious it is geared for the customer....loaded with snacks and drinks. And Jeff went out of his way to help us with a problem we were having with a local auto parts business...called them himself on our behalf ...Thank you Jeff ...and Jorg for his help and all the staff.!!! I was recently in the market for a newer car, so contacted American Import Auto to see if I could bring any potential cars I might be interested by for a free inspection and if there were obvious issues. The man who answered phone was named Jeff he was super friendly and helpful, made me feel super comfortable. I ended up bringing 2 cars there and called Jeff so he knew I was coming, got right to me, and gave a full inspection as well as how much in repairs it would cost. Which I thought was over and above the level of service you get at most mechanic shops. I ended up bringing in 3rd car and again got me right in, inspected, gave me estimate and even took time to look up Kelly Blue Book price, so I would be better informed when went back to buy. I bought the car and brought the car up the next day, Jeff took the time to go over each item needing repair, gave me options on parts and possible upgrades, and then after we got finished with what I wanted, I never felt so informed from a mechanic shop. I had them do the work, it was done on time actually a little earlier than promised, and he game in under the estimated price. Now that just seemed insane, most times they always go over, and call for extra this and that, but not with American Import Auto, and I won't every go anywhere to get service work done but there and deal with Jeff. I wish I could leave 6 stars as this service was just above and beyond anything I had experienced before. Made me proud to be supporting a locally owned and operated business, I couldn't tell the owners how wonderful the man Jeff was so I figured writing this review was the next best thing. For anyone out there wanting work done on any type of automobile, call Jeff at American Import Auto, you will love the attention to detail and service provided.
