I am beyond happy with the service that they provided. They kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and should/ could be worked on without making me feel pressured to get it done. I usually work on my own vehicles and this was the first time I had someone else work on my vehicle and they kept me at ease and did a fantastic, time efficient, and outstanding communication. I will 10/10 recommend anyone I know to go here. They are incredible!

Nice and friendly place. Easy to drop off vehicle. Between the mechanic and service advisor I was kept informed of the issues and progress of the repair. Even had the mechanic ride with me to make sure I was happy with the work done on the vehicle. Definitely recommend and will take my vehicle back to American Import Auto.

I am thoroughly impressed with AIA!!! I called this morning because the check engine light came on in my Volvo, and even though they are super busy, they had me come in so they could diagnose to make sure my car was safe to drive. They are courteous and very friendly!! Looking forward to being a customer of theirs for many years. Highly recommend.

Loved my experience with AIA. I was treated kindly with friendly staff. My car was well maintained and no one tried to coerce me into paying for things that I did not need as my dealership had done to the point of driving me away. I would use AIA again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and reliably.
