not happy, i went in these year for a problem with my transmission it was not working correctly when down shifting it was clunking when i stopped , it was diagnosed as a bad pump and torque converter it was supposed to fix the problem and was told the transmission was fine since they did a specials test for particles, spend $4,500.00 6 -8 month later same problem now it is the transmission, be care full with what there diagnose, i guess i am out. and same problem not a professional diagnosis.

We had a major truck problem while camping in the venice area. Being over the christmas new years week we didn't hold much hope to get back on the road and we had commitments to meet. American Import Auto was recomended by a competitor. They fix us in and one of their mechanics Carlos promised to stay on it until it was fixed.He worked after hours and got us on the road!
