I was traveling by myself, couple days before Holiday and my check engine light came on my Lexus SUV. My friend told me to call American Auto in Venice. I called and talked with Mike and he was So kind and helpful! I took the car in and they looked at it that day, helped me get a quick rental car, called me to give me updates and then got my car done so that I could get back on the road. These guys are Amazing and So trustworthy!! Every person at American Auto was so nice, from the mechanic to the manager to the sales manager were SO helpful! The place was very clean and I felt safe there. Easy to find, great location! Highly recommend these guys!!! They know what they are doing, they are honest and trust them with my car!! My car runs so much better now! Thank you for a great experience!!!
