Loved my experience with AIA. I was treated kindly with friendly staff. My car was well maintained and no one tried to coerce me into paying for things that I did not need as my dealership had done to the point of driving me away. I would use AIA again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and reliably.

I appreciate that they were willing to tackle it because some will not, and they kept in touch with me throughout the repair so there were no ugly bill surprises at the end.
