I am truly appreciative of the courtesy and options provided to me by the Service Manager, Kevin, and the compassion shown to me by the owners, Donna and Jeff, during a most difficult situation. Although I opted not to repair my vehicle this time due to unusual circumstances, I will not hesitate to bring my cars in for future repairs to American Import.

We dropped the Mercedes off for service and got everything taken care of plus some for a very reasonable price...they are now my "go to"..shop

The shop was very professional and thorough and Kevin was excellent at explaining the diagnosis and cost of repair.

They were very nice and honest did good work and let me know what they were doing and asked me before they did anything, highly recommend them 😀!
