Auto batteries die at the most un-convenient time - as we all know! I had just returned to my office in Venice from lunch when I discovered my remote to lock the car didn't function. Checked the ignition and it wouldn't work. Called AAA they came out; checked battery - it was dead. He didn't have a battery on his truck -after I had given AAA my car and model number. Would have caused more delay and I had to get home that night in Sarasota. Called my friends at American Import - and they responded quickly with help! They jumped my battery, took the car, and had ordered a new battery for me. They delivered my car back to me at my office - and I was ready to go home at 5:00 P.M. I am thinking about an hour was involved with my dilemma - but American came through for me!! Great help and business!!!

Unfortunately had to have a transmission overhaul and was referred by a friend of mine that had work done on her car and was very pleased. The service manager Kevin Chaney reassured me that my vehicle would be taken good care of and the problems resolved and he held true to his word. Everything was handled professionally and I have my vehicle back in good running order. Thank you Kevin! I would highly recommend American Import Auto to anyone in need.

I was very happy from start to finish as my vehicle is older and I did hav to order an aftermarket replacement part. Everyone was helpful and made me feel my service needs were as important as the next customer or the one ahead of me.
