I thought it took way too long after I personally gave them the diagnostic of what was wrong with the truck. Not even a transmission issue.They have had it for over a week and I had to go down and ask them when were they going to be able to get to it? It still was another two days before I got it back.

Kevin and his team did a great job of accommodating me and working through all the details of my Car Shield policy. They are a family owned business and understand the value of customer service.

We have used American Imports to service both our cars and the service has been prompt, recommendations detailed, inspections thorough and the cost reasonable. I would recommend them.

My impression walked into the shop was “this place has years of experience” friendly staff to take care of automotive needs, service and repair. Napa Gold is a big plus also.

Very friendly, worked through a very tough diagnosis on my A/C system and got it repaired. Very proactive on getting solutions. I would definitely return if required.
